Ans : (d) Sub–surface Irrigation– This method consists of supplying water directly to the root zone of the crop. The maximum water application efficiency occur in this irrigation.
Sprinkler irrigation– It consist of applying water in the form of a spray.
Drip Irrigation– It is also called trickle irrigation, water is applied in the form of drops near the base of the plant.
Surface irrigation– In this method water is applied from one end of farm land on the top surface and it flow due to gravity covering the complete area of farm.
